The tenant and the domain are in your company’s name. Multi-factor on admin accounts is part of the setup, not a later extra. A migration has a test mailbox and a named moment for the cut-over, not a quiet MX change on Friday.

Frequently asked questions
Do you migrate to Microsoft 365 while the business is running?
Yes, with a test mailbox, a schedule and a clear moment for the MX change. The file server is a separate step.
Who owns the tenant?
Your company. At least two people can be admin, and neither of them only through a private Microsoft account.
Does everyone need the most expensive license?
No. Someone who only needs mail and files does not automatically get the largest plan. We say so from the workplaces, not from an advertisement.
Is multi-factor required?
On admin accounts, yes. On ordinary mailboxes we recommend it and set it up when the workplaces can follow. Without a second factor, the admin of the tenant is a password.
Do you back up Microsoft 365?
Yes, where tenant retention is not enough. The test is a restored mailbox or file, not only a green job.
